Antitrust is when a company's actions eliminate competition. The limits being imposed here are not to drive other stores out of business or drive up prices. How do you see antitrust in this?

If my business can't sell rice in copious quantities due to trade restrictions on the other side of the globe, should I expect to be served with antitrust charges?

Bottom line, there is no rice shortage in the United States.

Interesting.

not good news. it has skyrocketed in price. my friend is a baker and he cant really afford to bake anymore. wheat used to be $4-$5 a bushel, now its $16-$17.

not good at all. not for anyone.
