I am looking at the possibility of selling my 2005 Winning Blue RX-8 within a month or so. I have received pretty generous offers from dealerships but I would rather sell to a private party. I have grown to love this car so much that I need to make sure the car will be in good hands. The car has been maintained and serviced regularly and has been only exposed to 93 octane fuel. I used to work at a Mazda dealership and always took advantage of servicing my 8.

I am selling only because I want a change after 3 years...it has nothing to do with the performance or reliability of the car

I am the only owner of the vehicle that was purchased on November 2004

It has 40k miles on the odometer

It is a GT - heated seats, black leather, HID/Xenon headlights, sunroof, DSC/Traction control, 6 CD Changer, 300 watt Bose, etc...(everything in the GT package)

It is equipped with the Mazda Navigation system

Appearance Package, Rotary accent package, and Rear wing spoiler

Basically fully loaded


I have a few aftermarket parts installed on the vehicle and spare parts that I will give to the buyer including:

I would like to sell the car for $22,500 including all of the extra goodies but I would prefer selling the car to someone on this forum for less

I'm about to head over to a few dealerships within the week...I would rather not part the car out like i mentioned before...and would like to sell the car privately...but if it works out well enough with a dealership...then I can help both of you guys out 100%...

where in central jersey? im in central jersey too and if the time comes that you have to give it to a dealership, id definitely be ready to scoop up the clear corners and MS front. sucks that youre selling before we could meet up

If anyone is interested in an rp supercat and/or a borla exhaust...and is willing to give me their stock full exhaust system let me know...we can make a day out of it and swap them at a shop...

The rp supercat is the updated version and has about 8,000 miles on it I believe...I have a brand new section of the borla exhaust because I put the supercat on the same time as the exhaust...the rest of the exhaust has 20,000 miles on it

A trade + cash would be acceptable...pm me with any offers...

I also may be interested in trading my authentic Mazdaspeed front nose for a stock appearance package nose + cash (must be winning blue)...pm me with any offers...

As for the rest of the parts...I will be visiting more dealerships as soon as June begins...I have been very busy opening up one of my stores and its been pretty hectic...so I will not know until then...SORRY guys :)

i am very intrested in the borla and i have my stock but i dont no if i have the extra cash if thats what you want too?

I'm not really asking for any money in exchange for the Borla exhaust itself for the stock part (depending on the condition of the stock exhaust)...probably just the price for the labor...which shouldn't be too much...and if it is I will split the price

The problem is that I would like a used OEM cat as well...

An even trade of the Borla w/ the rp supercat for the stock exhaust and oem cat would be perfect...

If I'm not able to sell the car I need it to be in good enough condition to trade in the vehicle without losing so much money in my added acessories

Oh and I also have a nearly brand new HKS racing suction intake...I've only put about 3,500 miles on it and its a great product...pm any offers...no need for a trade for this one loll...I actually kept the stock airbox...

i dont no what a supercat is but if your trading my whole exhaust for your whole exhaust with borla then i am willing, as long as this supercat or whatever doesnt void my warranty
