Went down to the local BMW dealership last night...

and picked up THIS!!! Adieu RX-8, you have served me well and I really really miss you, well until I punch it in this baby anyway!

First Impressions:

This thing pulls like crazy, especially in 2nd and 3rd. Smooth ride but still feeling the road like the RX-8. Good steering feel but not quite as precise or responsive as the RX-8. Quieter on the road than the RX-8. Exhaust sounds mean at WOT but fairly quiet otherwise. Sound system is pretty awesome, I love the USB port! Ccomfort and convenience are first rate--sport seats have tremendous side support. Still getting used to all the bells and whistles and which buttons and ***** do what. Handling feels solid with very little body roll and builds confidence from the start, I have to really test the limits with some spirited driving through the twisties. Brakes are stellar. The Bridgestone Potenza Run Flats grip like mad and I have yet to spin them but not putting the full effort into spinning them until I have a few more miles on it. Plus from what I hear people are getting about 15K out of them. OUCH.

Overall this is gonna be a blast. Feels almost as good as when I frist got the 8 - you just want to go out there and drive at every moment, got to get a fix. Did I mention it pulls like crazy??? With 300 lb/ft of torque kickin in at 1400 RPM.

Nice! That's the second 3-coupe convert this week. I really like the looks of that BMW.

Congrats.

Those are fun cars. And now when you buy power mods for your car they'll actually make power. I joke I joke! Enjoy and break her in easy.

Plug and Play SSTT already in hand makes REAL power for about the same price as the canzoomer when it originally came out. Just waiting for another 1,000 miles or so to plug and then PLAY.

Split Second Turbo Tuner (SSTT)

The Turbo Tuner is a plug-and-play solution that significantly enhances performance. Typical gains are 40 horsepower and 50 ft-lbs of torque. It is designed to be an easy-to-use solution that end users can install themselves.

Nice upgrade...just don't whip on the previous M3's too bad. The owners are butt sore that the 335i can keep up with them on the road, if not best them all around.
