So yesterday after much grief I come to realize that it's the receiving end of the oil sensor from the oil pan that is loose... kinda like a cork type deal... anyone know what I need to do to fix it?

 

U sure its not the oil from ur last oil change ? (from the oil filter down to the place where u're looking at)

Well, the sensor itself is not that expensive. if thats the problem, u can just buy another one and replace it urself.

 

Took the pan off and somehow the oil sensor got shoved back into the pan... huge pain in the *** but I'm working on sealing it right now. Thanks
