I removed my air pump while rebuilding the motor, and temporary fabricated a crappy block off plate to cover the header port. It is holding up, but I would like to make a nice one that won't bend, or leak exhaust.

if you guys are interested in chiming in on this, I can order a run of like 25-50 flanges from the manufacturer, keep one for myself and sell off the rest of them if you are interested.
The plate would be laser cut out of 1/4" steel plate. but I need to know if there is enough demand for it.

here is the cad drawing I made just to explain what I am talking about.

Might as well use stainless.....using a laser?..should be easy if you have the drawing already.

I am sure it would come in handy in the BHR kit.

Aren't you making a whole new manifold?

I already make those by hand right now, so if the price is right, I'll take a dozen.

do they fit the greddy pipe? I guess that's a dumb question since the air pump fits both :)

I'd want one too.
