I use MSPaint and Unlead Gif Animator 5.

Sure wish we could use larger avatars. I have the domensions set to 200 x 200 with 10,000k on some forums I admin. Since our avatars are so much a part of our personna.....I thought they should be bigger, IMHO.

i just tried getting it down to size and the quality of the picture was terrible...lol. i guess it is my sig now though :)

I saved them as web optimized jpegs, so they are only about 160kb or so. How big can your signature be? I will get you a higher quality one, because that one looks extremely pixelated. It will be later this afternoon though.

Okay, I think partially the issue is the original I used wasn't high enough quality, but somehow that doesn't make sense and I think it was 300 dpi... I only say that though because I used one of my pictures and was able to get a fairly high quality picture with 20kb. I will keep trying to get yours better though, this should be an improvement though. If you have problems, I can email it to you then.

I don't know why I don't have one, I guess I better get on that. I have an idea, but it will have to wait till the weekend probably... :D

Is there a way to donate money and get a bigger signature? Some forums do that.

It is a balancing act between color and dpi to get it to look good at that size. It looks like you shrunk it down to 30 dpi almost. We'll have to figure this out.
