Ok, I've searched around, I've yet to find anyone who says their Ipod interface works completely with the ITouch. I saw some concerns about the voltage and charging. Any help?

I don't think there's any car interface that works with itouch out there..yet.
I've been searching for one for a while... here and on the web... so far no luck. I'm sure somebody will make one soon.....eventually.
