Downpipe/Cat changed with CAI+Exhaust? Or go for Flywheel?

Summer's coming so I figure I need to get some mods in

I already have a cat-back dual exhaust & underdrive pulley. I'm thinking of finishing the air system, so that would mean CAI is next. What I'm wondering is: do you guys normally change the downpipe & cat as well? Significant gains? Any other parts that would benefit from changing?

The other mod I had in mind is possibly the flywheel, though that may wait 'till next year with the rims.

I'm already spending a bit on bodywork (last owner damaged the body kit a bit), clear corners and strakes, and I got a wedding to pay for so I can't squeeze out too many mods this year

What do you guys think?

I hear a lightweight flywheel will yeild respectable gains, I know that a CAI and exhaust might get you 10 extra but itll prob be more with a cat delete. I have just a CAI on mine and I notice a lil extra at high RPM, but trust me, its more sound than anything And K&N claims 10 and they have a dyno sheet that claims 10 to the wheels at 8700, but who knows lol
