s techs are a good all around spring to get that's not too pricey, there's alot of different springs to be found though, check the "Springs, Springs, Springs" thread and you'll probably find alot more options and info

On your ad you start high to leave negotiating room. If you started low, then add to the ad "Firm" and tell the guy "Firm", unless you are willing to go lower

Rev: hate doing it because it's so tedious. I reformat my comps about once a year but it's easy because I have all the drivers already saved, a list of installed programs, etc. When I do it for someone else, it's a pain.
