It's really easy to do it yourself. TrochoidMagic helped me install mine and I helped installed dozer and Atilla's. I don't know of a place that will install it for cheap though.

Well, a High Powered Impact Wrench would be nice but not necessary. It'll make the job ALOT quicker though. :)

We definitely need a spring compressor, you can rent one at AutoZone for free. They make you deposit like $30 and you get it back when you return the item.

Other than that, just generic tools.

Total time of the install? If we're focused then we should finish in about 2-3 hours.

My landlord forbids any kind of car work in the driveway at my place anymore... I don't know if Atilla will be able to do it at his place or not...

i do data entry inside a warehouse thats only 8 people deep and my computer is way the buttfuck on the other side of everyone, that everyone forgets about me, so im free to do what i want as long as my shit gets done, + i get to bump my music as loud as i want all day!!! that what i like about my job, no one here is STRICT, + if i finish up early, i get to leave early.

i had no fucking clue how to do a shock and spring install. but being the impulsive little brat that I am, I wanted to do them anyways cus I was doing my brakes.....so, after about 3 hours of not understanding what to do and trying various destroying tactics, John came and helped me out, and got it done in about 30minutes

the left side only that is, so hopefully, tmr will get the right side and rear ones and sways and the right brake in

and after ill treat the people who help with a nice meal :D ocho is doing his install tmr too right?

He wants all the piping from the manifolds to where it joins up into one pipe to be equal distance, they're all also the same width all the way down.

You don't want uneven flow between the pipings, if you look at all the header/exhaust manifolds design, they're all equal lengths. What ЯX-8 is trying to accomplish is that he wants individual exhaust manifolds for each one to be as equal as possible. Even with the bends, it's still all mathematically the same distance from manifold to exhaust and all are of the same size so it should actually give some gains.

Say, if it's not the same size, the exhaust that meets up where the pipes are join together are going to be uneven. The shorter pipe's exhaust-flow will push into the longer pipe thus causing a small restriction. So with ЯX-8's design, the piping are all the same length and it prevents this from happening.

Yea, the mods were saying that anyone that signed up when I did, there post counts were locked becuz of ppl hacking to up there post counts. They put some kind of lock on it and don't know how to remove it. I'm suprised I have one post count.
