Does it turn off when you let go of the key after starting? If it does, it's more than likely the ignition switch is bad. The one you put the key into. :dunno:
Could be an ignition relay/ fuel pump relay. Look in the fuse box. Swap it with another one in there of like design.

The Guy selling this fc says it was rebuilt but for some reason its starting up then turning off, he also said he smells gas but there are no leaks.

joey - you can get a free gasket from turboXS, it goes from the header to the midpipe, and its the one i need that closes the gap on the outside, i just remembered today that, thats what john did, call them and tell em you need a gasket and that you didnt get one with your exhaust system

And for people who don't know me, I'm no professional photographer but I love doing HDR work and I'd really appreciate it if I could take pics of many 8's to help get some experience.

Dude last night on my way home, I was on the fwy down shifting for the on ramp to the 605 and my friend was chasing me. I Rev matched to 3rd at hi rpm's and heard the loudest pop come from my exhaust. I looked back and I could see a huge flame in my friends paint. Dude last night on my way home, I was on the fwy down shifting for the on ramp to the 605 and my friend was chasing me. I Rev matched to 3rd at hi rpm's and heard the loudest pop come from my exhaust. I looked back and I could see a huge flame in my friends paint. When we got to his house he said I had a freaken flame coming out the whole time I was on the on ramp lol! Omg I love this MP!
