Just wanted to let people. know i have not been on the boards for about 5 months now. but trying to see if more RX* people in the DC, MD, VA area are doing meets and driving events. I chill right now with the Function tune crew. all my friends have 350Z's and i am always the only RX8 rep. They call me the touge king though. ahahaahah. ( The z cant turn).. Let me know whats up out there. The red rx8 with Varies CF hood. and KD-IV Burnout CF front lip with Autoexec. CF sides and rear. Let me know if you have seen me around.

I haven't seen you around, but I've found that same with the Z's that they can't turn as well. I'm also in Northern VA. I do plan on doing a couple local meets...not sure about driving events. I'll keep an eye out for you. I used to see a VR Red at the mixing bowl a lot coming from Tysons direction as I'm coming from the opposite side of 495. Unless this is you and you've recently upgraded.

Yeah i live right next to the mixing bowl. all my mods were performance before this month. The hood and kit are new. like 1 month new.

Will be moving out near Fairfax/Centerville soon. Bentree has garages for my car.

I live by BWI in Linthicum, MD and work in Sterling, VA so im moving around a lot through all these areas. Id love to meet up for a cruise.

Sleepless - I live in linthicum too I belive ive seen you every now-and-then. Usually on that bit of 170 that goes underneath 695 by the train tracks.

We have meets in Fredericksburg, VA almost every other weekend and we are having one next weekend Sunday Sept 13th @ 2pm. We have a nice road route 218 that we cruise on also it is a nice road to test how good your RX8 can handle! Drop off a post on the thread Sept 13th Fredericksburg meet and cruise whether you can make it or not. We now have started to meet in Woodbridge, VA on Fridays between 830-900pm at Dick's sporting goods parking lot. A bunch of imports chill there every friday night and we had the biggest showing; a total of 8 RX8's! Try to come out to Woodbridge or Fredericksburg sometime you will not be disappointed!

ive been down here three days and have seen a few modded 8's, and everyone waves...a big change from MA, im always driving around back home, and the very few people that I do see around boston and the cape (mostly stock and driven by older people) have no interest in waving back.. strange. Even the meets around MA and the cape seem to only gather 5 or 6 rx8s at the most.. maybe its the snow up there or something

The meet in woodbridge is awesome. If you like when people stare at your car you need to come to this meet. last friday we had about 8 rx8's roll together to this show and everyone was watching us. It's an awesome feeling. If youre in the NOVA area i highly recommend coming. we've been meeting in fredericksburg probably every sunday for about a month and we're growing every meet. I know there's more 8's than just the few that come on sunday's If youre interested reply to the post Woodbridge, VA import night meet Sept 18th with any question directions and times. hey off topic, but Ive been lugging around a mazdaspeed style fiberglass rear in my backseat for two weeks now, which i brought down from MA. A guy from MD paid me, but i cant get ahold of him and its pissing me off dragging this around in my car. If I cant get ahold of him by friday, anyone who wants it thats going to this meet or who is in the area can have it for 50 bucks and ill refund him the 80 he paid me. If either of you guys above want it, or have a friend that wants it PM me. Fitment is good, and its primered

i've been so busy today's the first time i've been on in forever! i just came on to try to sell my body kit. it's takin up space. I was out of commission for a few weeks someone hit my car so i couldn't do anything. but when the weather gets nice we should all do something like old times with our sunroofs open windows down radio bumpin yeaaaa thatll be good....when it's warm.
