Does anybody know, or have some way of finding out (hint hint FUBAR) about what percentage of 8s are getting the spare tire option?

I Australia, we get the spare tyre as standard. It takes up a lot of the boot space.

No, I'm curious because my friend is comparing the 8 WITH SPARE TIRE to other cars, saying that the trunk is so small. I'm pretty sure that it's not a fair comparison because so few cars have the spare tire, but I wanted to check real numbers if possible...

take a look at one of those pics...it's not that bad, i have a 5 gallon water jug in there. there is actually a pretty good size gap in the trunk to give it more room.
