got into a little accident, on an offramp i was behind a guy and he started to go to merge into traffic, i looked it looked clear for me as well so i started going and bam right into him he decided not to go after all. Trouble was it was an SUV so my bumper and hood are trashed...sigh :crying: :tear:

3, 4 mph i just started moving. But the 8 isnt an armored beast like an SUV, the guy said it looked all cosmetic, justworried about the radiator.

Even worse, you will be probably be issued the citation.

Exact same thing happened to the neighbor girl in her Eclipse. Thought the guy in front was changing lanes, and she glanced back at the exact same time he changed his mind instead. Bam.

Sorry doc! That just sucks.

no citation, the statie came saw that we are uninjured and both cars were drivable and that as a state law no police report is to be made, and before he left told us that insurance companies are trying to get the police to do their work for them by issuing meaningless reports.

I did that with my old accord. Damn lady was waiting for an engraved invitation to merge into traffic. My car sustained no damage, but i ruined her bumper. When she started going on about "how did this happen again at the same intersection" I felt a bit better about the whole thing. Either she did something to deserve the bad karma, or she thought its fun to releasing the brake completely like you're going to go then panic stop 2 seconds later.

I manned up and took full responsibility for the accident anyways.

Ah, sounds like another visit to our friend Steve at Classic. They'll fix it right for you. Knocking on wood, haven't had to see them in over three years. Best of luck getting your 8 back in shape.
