hey guys, i've had my car for about 3 weeks and i was wondering how long it took mazda to give you guys a call to ask about how the experience from dealership that you bought the car from was?

i received a call from the dealership a week after i bought the car but not since and mazda never called me. i did receive a questionaire from mazda in the mail and my dealership got low marks. one reason is they have 2 mazda dealerships with the same name within about 20 miles of each other. well my car got delivered to the main dealership then was driven with 2 miles on it by some driver(they claim he was in his 60's) to the dealership i bought it from. without telling me. i assumed it would be delivered from the port directly to the dealership i bought it from. so when i took delivery the speedo had 25 miles on it. not happy!

2 days... Overzealous here I guess.

Had 25 miles on mine too. MS Mazda is not allowed to take car carrier deliveries at their dealership in Maple Shade. They told me up front though. Overall I was pleased with the delivery. The car was clean with not even one swirl mark in the paint. They seemed to know alot about the car including the service department and that gave me a warm fuzzy. I got a courtesy call from them a week after I picked up the car. Also they resolved an issue I had with Mazda NA on the maintenance deal. I haven't received the questionaire yet but plan on giving them high marks.

My dealer called me after a week to make sure I was happy. (I was. ;) )

Mazda called me after a month for the customer satisfaction survey.
