how many miles do you drive in a year?

Whats your price range?

Do you want a car, crossover, suv, truck, does the vehicle type matter?

I can't tell if you're serious or not, either way...

Toyota FJ Cruiser

This truck is very fast!

4.0-liter DOHC 24-valve SFI VVT-i V6 239 hp @ 5200 rpm; 278 lb.-ft. @ 3700 rpm

However, in order to get the 6-speed you have to get the AWD, so weigh that however you want.

Also, you can go anywhere on the earth, sans waterbodies.

Where will the other 2 people sit?

The requirement for regular gas is really killing this for me.

What do you guys have down in the USA? 87, 89, 91, 94 ocatanes?

Do these have 6-speeds? I used to want a Merkur xr4ti back in the day but would prefer a Ford Sierra Cosworth.

Yep. But CO has some 85, too.

Using regular gas instead of premium saves you about $2 a fillup, depending on the car. If you fill up once a week, that's $104/yr. You probably spend more than that annually in vending machines. Does it really matter?

I agree with this...

Since I'm saving money and typically eat cheap ($0.79-$0.99 ea.) TV dinners for lunch, a $104 savings a year would feed me for nearly an additional 5 months!!!

Yes it does. I cannot afford both premium gas and support my vending machine habbit.
