The bmp file name does not match the name in the registry. The easiest method would be to rename ierotary.bmp to ierotor.bmp

It really doesn't matter what the name is. They just have to match.

Well now it is only working in my email, but not the internet icon. Any ideas?

I noticed something with the third icon (engine). If i move my pointer rapidly near it, the rotor spins faster!!
May just be my computer though.

Third Icon? I only have the engine icon. Where else should it be?

I would suggest that you modify the file so that it has a background color instead of nothing. This is done simply by opening the bitmap with something like paint.

I did this to better match whatever theme/color scheme I had.
