I think it was about $250... and they do the rear window in a single piece (a couple places I looked at said it would be 2 or 3 pieces because of the massive curvature. I don't think Car Boutique carries ceramic- I got their non-metallized CharCool tint since I have the navigation system (and I don't like the look of metallized anyway). Pics of mine:

thanks. yea i saw ur pics before. Great car. No plates in front. You never got a ticket? Looks so much better without it. Where i park for work, they go by everyday giving tickets for meters and they check plates too.

No tickets yet... cops don't come into where I work, fortunately. I couldn't stand to put a plate on the front. I'm more worried about the tint though- I see tons of nice cars around here that run without front plates- but not many with front window tint.

I got medium tint in the back 3 and light on the drivers and passanger side. Because the cloth interior is dark the guy convinced me that dark is gonna look real dark! I think trusting his judgement was a good move...car looks good. Besides he raised a good point. You don't want someone too look at your car and the first thing they notice is black windows....well atleast on my car. Plus.....I have the worst luck getting pulled over so I didn't want to push it. (ie....tinted windows that are too dark, midpipe) I already have a lead foot.

I know in arlington hts the tickets for the window tints are like parking tickets. $25 for the first one......$70 I think for the second one and for each one after. Back in the day..lol...(when I was 16) they were much more severe. Lake Zurich was 180 and a mandatory court appearance in Grayslake to prove you took the tints off. I think each village or city has their own ticketing procedure. ?????

dang.. so i'm looking at about 70 bux a pop... that could add up.. maybe i should've used 50%.. but i love how the 35% looks.. oh well, i guess i'll be doing the "roll down" method
