i just used a program thats already on my laptop..
just change the contrast and brightness...
most photo programs have them...you dont need anything elaborate

it's not the editing that makes the pictures and colors look better. that definitely helps after you take the photos, but if you wanna skip that step, or at least minimize it, i'd say cut down on your exposure time. that way, you'll get rid of the fuzzy appearance and the washed out color. it could also be caused by using your flash instead of just letting the lighting of the area set the ambience. and i'd take out the license plate from your dash so its glow doesn't take away from the appearance of your interior. all in all, your photos have some good composition! great job! :)
