I was thinking about painting it black, all except the rotary-triangle...im gonna see how it turns out, if not ill paint it all black. Think its too enlightenmented atm, i want a more "clean" look...

lol, its just a stick-on label i had made at an advertising agency coz the original is too big'n ugly ;)
its not legal, but the police havent said anythin yet...allthough i got pulled over not long ago :)

Its just a bad picture. Allthough i'd expected the fit to be better than it is, had to do quite some adjustments with the hood-hinges. Still i dont think its 100% :S
The original seems wider, so now i got bigger gaps between the hood and wheel-wing! But atleast i got the looks :lol2:

Still lovin the CF here.

Got my hood, mirrors, B pillars, gas door, shift knob, and dash kit.
Noobs? Its a style... like chrome or anything else.
RX8's all look good to begin with. Customize however you please IMO.
Mainly I have spent my money on these items rather than performance because I care about my warranty, seeing as how I just got a new motor out of it.

Weather finally cleared up, but still not optimal for taking pics! Seems to be very difficult to take shots of a black car, so many reflections everywhere! Anyone got any tips how to get the best images? Clear blue sky?

It looks VERY VERY good, not only the hood but the whole car! Very nice job with painting also. Post some pics with hood exposed to direct sunlight so the paint job is more obvious.

wow thats stunning, i love the hood and the choce of paint you did on it. Real nice and aggressive looking.
Take pics of your car when its about dusk, opposite the sun and then put the exposure up just a bitm the reflections will look real nice with your car

Thats a sexy hood, i usually dont like Vented Hoods but painted with the carbon accents on the vent and rotor symbol in the middle just looks awesome!

If you would read through the thread you would see that the Bodykit is the Vertex Lang kit. And the hood is the Seibon TS Style CF hood.

in the first post i believe he said the brand of the hood is varis who are the creator of the original design of this hood. varis is a lot more baller than seibon and better fitment also.
