It is a DIY for installing the Nav in the RX8. At least you will get an idea of what makes up the Nav system as a whole.

I know you don't wan't to be asked this, but for something as time intensive and probably expensive as this it has to be asked. Why?

Anything can be done with enough time and money. transplanting the nav from the 8 into another car would require lots of both.
