weird smell after i shut car off

weird smell after i shut car off

i have a 05 6speed and i noticed the smell a couple of times, i was coming back from a 10 min drive and on the way home i did hit 90 but i didnt slam or go hard on brakes n pushed clutch to floor every time shift but when i got home the rear of the car smelled like burnt rubber???

look for a bag on the exhaust..

i doubt its clutch if im pushing the clutch to the floor, but ill look for a bag???

weird smell

Yep .. check your exhaust line .. front to end.. it can me a plastic bag or, as in my case, some plastic stuff inside the engine bay melted to the exhaust...
