Made a few upgrades to my 1995 Toyota light truck...

2007 RX8 engine....
2007 RX8 seats...
2007 RX8 headlights...
2007 RX8 wheels...
2007 RX8 steering wheel...
2007 RX8 sunroof...
2007 RX8... ah... you get the idea!

BEFORE

AFTER

It is VERY nice to join the club! Unfortunately, Rosenthal Mazda (Arlington, VA, USA) did a lousy job buffing a scratch out as promised after the purchase, but I'll take care of that myself this weekend (if you want something done right.... you know who has to do it) Are there ANY honest automobile dealers left in this world?

I am determined not to let my lackluster purchasing experience effect my attitude about my new ride, though. I rolled down to NC for the holiday, being sure to drive it like I stole it all the way, and overall, I'm really excited and pleased!

I'm a sport bike enthusiast (R6, SV650), and as far as I can tell, the RX8 is the closest thing there is to a sport bike experience on 4 wheels.

That's all for now. Just wanted to say 'hey' and see if anyone can recommend a shop in the DC area that knows what they are doing when it comes to the Renesis engine (if my dealer can't even properly touch up a paint scratch, they sure as heck aren't getting near my engine!).

Happy holidays all!

Looks awesome!

Asking a dealership to detail a car is about the worst move you can make. I've yet to go to a dealership (outside of newport beach, ca) that did a good job even cleaning a car.

Most will contract out any real detailing but they hardly even do that.
