Champion: lots of people have been trying to do this and haven't had the same results.

I guess just pm me and i'll get back to ya. Only thing is I know it works with my version/hardware but isn't there an "updated" hardware set for 07's?

I'll post a video and version numbers tomorrow when its light out.

Ha ha............

Have you tried using the back up copy?

Try it for a month and see if it works correctly.

Lot's of times it say's back up complete but doesn't work.

Copy works great, its a bit for bit, byte for byte exact duplicate.

And I'm curious to know how it will stop working correctly after a month... does it have self destruct? :O haha that would suck, my dvd shoots out and slices my shifting arm off!

But the data is identical, just takes the right equipment, the right software, and someone that feels more comfortable at a linux command line then a windows gui.

Sending some out tomorrow if anyone else wants one.

Also confirmed working (even though its a "mazda" dvd) in a Saab 95 and a mini cooper.

it's one thing to pirate it, it's another to pirate it for profit. It just takes one phone call.

with $500, I could buy two copies of the new disk. One for my car, and one for backup.
