The J-Spec version basically consists of Mazda bolting on all the Mazdaspeed parts for you, and painting it a different color... from the Factory. If the US Mazdaspeed version ever comes out, it should be vastly different... As in: other company's aftermarket parts, boosted, and a different body kit. But your guess is as good as mine when, or even if, that'll hit the streets.
