I'm getting tired of everyone using supercars...GT40's, Saleens, Enzos, they're nice cars don't get me wrong. But I want to have more fun with specific cars. So it hit me that I want to start doing racing events with only mazdas.

odd, kwescott set up an tuned RX-8 (class C) battle a while back but no one was interested. I got my wheel back and still have that class C tuned rx8.

Who's down for tuned C class rx-8? or bump it to B class? maybe some FD races/drift. I'm down to go fast!

i've got a spare gamertag right now, and am in the middle of another career. I'll play more today to get some cash and build some cars if we all race soon enough.

What we should do is set up a day and time so we can all meet up and race, and what class cars we'll be using, and courses so we can have time to tune.

Yeah, I'm also tired of all the faggotry that goes on with Forza 2 online. Tried finding someone who would like to race with DRIVING TECHNIQUE in D-Class and no one would. They all wanted to race U-Class and above.

Get am AWD car, make sure you can put down serious power, like 500-600hp, and experiment with stiffening the rear sway bar.

It'll be easier to start with AWD cars since they won't spin out as easily as RWD.

With RWD, any car with enough power to break the rear tires loose is easy to drift, the trick is feathering the throttle so that you don't end up in the wall.

Do you guys race on AT or MT in the game? Because there isn't any difference in which. Only thing you get is 10% more cash I believe if your on playing on manual transmission. And drifting on MT tends to be easier.. lol..

I race MT. I raced AT like it was a religion for the longest time, then I swapped to MT and I dropped seconds off of my track times on the game. For some reason I can corner better and I'm more smooth with everything.

Anyone want to play tonight? I have designs I wouldn't mind trading and showing off. Me and Currin were playing last night taunting a 10 year old who claimed he was 14. We drifted, road raced, and oval raced, and I was laughing and cracking up the whole time.
