View Full Version : WideBand O2 sensor kit for Mazsport int-x turborx8 12-13-2007, 10:58 PM How well does this kit work on the interceptor-x and is it worth the price? :) http://www.mazsport.net/store/index.php?l=product_detail&p=30 turborx8 12-15-2007, 08:31 PM it works flawlessly with int-x. it lets you see afr numbers on the microtech software. only caveat is that it's nice when you're tuning, but unless you spend another $500 for the microtech display, you can't monitor the car's afr when you're driving unless you got your laptop hooked up. when you're driving, most prefer a stand alone gauge that you can check out in real time without a laptop. i personally had a cheap used innovate lc-series wideband and that worked out great. i say get it if you like to street tune your car often. there's no need to purchase it if you just wanna monitor afr in boost for reliable operation. Sweet! I already have an AEM UEGO wideband gauge. I specificly want this o2 kit so that I can street tune it easily. Is it even possible for a newb to learn the MicroTech software enough to street tune safely? turborx8 12-15-2007, 08:44 PM I would rather pay somebody $500 to teach me rather than spend $500 getting it dyno tuned. |
