Warning! Might make you cringe! One Week Old RX8 in an accident!

As you may already know i just purchased this RX8 brand new 2007 from the dealer with 45miles on it November 28th, December 5th I was rear ended while making a right turn, f@cking impatient idiot drivers. Well i haven't been posting cause i just been upset, while still going to class and work at the same time. I got over the pissed-off stage now im just waiting on the word from insurance, I am hoping its totaled the body shop said from first glance it looks fixable to the eye but the frame was tweaked, the pillar from the gas tank panel all the way to the hood needs to be replaced which usually means its totaled. I don't want to be driving a car that has been totaled and depreciate in value since it wasn't even my fault. So alls i can do know is wait and see !

R.I.P.

gap insurance? May i ask what that is.

Since i wasn't in fault the other drivers insurance will be getting the bill.

But yeah in that case its fully coverage since its a brand new car.

Damn, that sucks. She was pretty. Loving that color.

If you part it out, could I get the front inner fender linings? Just a thought.

GAP insurance will cover the negative equity from the loss on your trade in value.

not totaled

I highly doubt that its totaled.

They will estimate probably around 7g- 8g.
and supplement will cost you like extra 3g or so. I would say so.

Sorry to hear that you got in an accident.

Since the other driver is going to be found 100 percent at fault (going by what you've said) then you should end up with a new car from their insurance. If they try to lowball you, and they will, just tell them you feel that their offer is low and you'll settle for nothing less then x amount of dollars.

Hopefully your insurance company isn't also their insurance company.
