I did a search on google for RX-8s, and this (http://drivewire.com/MazdaRX8/MazdaRX8.asp) came up. Am I missing something, or is drivewire.com really confused?

That may be a good indicator of the aftermarket support for this car. I have never used that site for anything, but it seems that they want to be ready on Day 1.

I am actually very happy they are being so proactive. I know that typically when a new model is released, OEM and aftermarket parts availability is minimal. Hope it's different for the RX-8

hey they guarantee everything is in stock and will ship same buisines day. someone call them up and order the catalytic or a headlight or something. then bust them for misleading advertising :D :D

It would cost 5 to 10 times what you bought your car new from the dealer to buy a car piece by piece. It's outrageous.

ummm they have the exact same paragraphs for other cars as well... i clicked on the acura 3.2 tl and got the same thing

Yeah, I noticed that too- I guess they just wanted to be prepared, or something. Though if it's just a plug-n-go, you'd think they would have waited to add "RX-8" in there so they couldn't get called on something stupid.
