I am in New York and I plan on selling my stock wheels with tires and TPMS.

I have 10,000 miles on the tires and the rims are in excellent shape. Last time I washed the wheels while putting them away for winter I didn't notice any curb rash. My wheels have always been kept clean and rotated. I can provide pictures if I get some good weather this weekend.

I think I would like to get $650 for all four rims, tires, and TPMS. Since you're in Philly maybe we can meet halfway for the exchange?
