Do you know if they buy catalytic converters? I have one from a 240SX and another one from my 8 just sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Do you guys know of any other place that buys them? Thanks in advance!

Yeah but he's located on the other side of the US. Shipping for such a heavy item costs too much.

supposedly selling your cat to a person who is going to chop it up is illegal. it may just be a rumor though

I use to work for the LKQ Corporation & GreenLeaf Auto Recycling.. Which is the largest nationwide provider of aftermarket collision replacement products, recycled OEM products and refurbished OEM collision replacement products such as wheels, bumper covers and lights to repair light vehicles. But, my point is that they do not buy parts from regular customers, they only buy parts/cars from other big corporation's.

I see, I'm trying to sell it to a junkyard or recycler. Just looking for a place around here in SoCal.
