The MCS Annual Mega-Meetup is here again!

It will be held on Sunday 9th of December 2007 from 1.00pm to 6.00pm at Marina South Car Park B. Please click HERE for location map.

All makes and models are welcome for the meetup. Vendors who wish to sell their wares and give product demonstrations, please contact me so that I may include you in our schedule.

The new CLUB DECAL will be launched during the mega-meetup. Those who have placed orders for the Numbering Stickers (Closed List) are also encouraged to come down to collect them.

Meet new friends and renew existing friendships, see pimped-up rides, audition the members’ ICE setups, or just TKSS with the MCS family and soak in the atmosphere.

There will be a Group Photo Shoot during the event, so please do make an effort to join us for our Annual “Family” Photo.

No lar bro, MCS ppl quite alrite to mix wif. Only sometimes they may think 8's are high end cars thus while talking performance stuff comparing other models may feel a bit awkward nia... Moreover, majority are M3 thus its usual for 3 to mix well wif 3s mah...

RX8 is still a make in mazda mah, so i tin shd support for future meetups. I believe it takes both ways to initiate conversations that's IMO...

Nonetheless, meetup was over quick due to weather conditions. Turn out was not too bad. Came abt 4 - 5 8's. Hope figure will increase for next meetups.

i reached there at ard 5pm n everything was over... left only a few 3s n didn't n not even a single moderator was there. just felt that the organisers shouldn't state that the meetup is till 6pm if they are not prepared to stay that long.

nevertheless, will still try to be there for the next meetup (n early if i can) ;)

I dun think so lor. I have been to MCS meet couple of times. The 3s and 2s always talk abt whose model faster, how they track each other in PG. Which sometimes can lead to heater arguments.

One of the reason I learnt about why there is an anti 8 sentiment, is that the 8s do not appear for MCS meet and that we have our own RX8 meet. Leading to them thinking we are the snob group who does not wanna mingle with the other Mazdas. This misconception can be corrected if we take the effort to go for their meet.

I agree with that but sometimes their timings are in the weekdays (quite often this is the case) and a lot of us might be woeking when they have their meetups...

i like to smile at other rx8 driver, when i see them on road...then after tt point tiong koh to them and speed off....especially the Black smily face rx8. usually appear in bukit timah area
