Use a proxy server. Just pick one from the list below and plug it into IE browser. For win2k ... Tools..Internet Options..Connections..Lan Settings

Careful with that, most of those are exploits on other people's non-consenting networks.

I'm sure that if they don't know a proxy is open, then every request is still logged, and they can capture passwords and cc info if they are malicious, OR even sue you for unauthorized access to their computer systems.

I'd ask a admin. But if you were banned, they'd ban your user name and not the IP#. It could be Bellsouth. I'd call them.

Try out Opera.com and see if it's just IE. But I doubt it.
