Could be that 12000k is too high and the HID ballasts shuts them off to prevent any further damage to your car.

It is possible to get a better HID ballasts so that I can use the 12000K s?
Or is it really hard to change them coz the HID ballasts is from Factory?

i had a similar problem with 8000K bulbs but only 1 of them turned off. After sending them back twice, the 3rd set are going strong

12000k is illegal
and you will get ticketed

i will await the thread stating this when it happens.

the bulbs are inferior quality; stock balast should be able to handle it.
GET RID of them, save yourself the trouble of the ticket. Also, you do realize that visibility will be extremely compromised with that, right????

running 12k on stock ballasts are fine. it has to be the bulbs.

depends on the look you're going for. If you want a slightly "bluer" look, 6k should do the trick. Remember, the higher the number, the more ultra violet you get and less visibility
