Just picked up my new RX-8 at the dealership couple days ago. It was a great experience, if you can believe it. I was ready to order the car and wait for the delivery because I knew they wouldn't have the color, accessories, and packages that I want. Well, there was a titanium grey with the brown leather interior and spoiler there on the lot, which is exactly what I wanted, but with much more. It also had the accent package, rotary package, spare tire kit, moonroof wind deflector, and cargo net. Well, I told the salesperson I didn't want it because it was too much money, and he proceeded to ask me what it would take for me to drive it off the lot. I told him to sell it to me at the price I wanted to pay just for the accessories I was going to order.

I surprised to hear him say that he would and proceeded to take ~$2,000 off of the price. I drove it off the lot and love it to death!!!!

Just had to share my experience because I test drove this car about a month ago and have been reading this forum religiously ever since because of the great info people post.

I'm hoping to take pictures soon and post them... This car rocks!!! :D
