If anyone is interested, I have an immediate need to get out of my rx8 lease. I have invested alot in the car, and there are a ton of k's still available on the 16 months left in the lease.

39k on the odometer
16 months left on lease (2500k's per month available)
Downpayments was $5k, so monthlies are LOW! $475 CDN plus tax ($545 total)
Buyout is about $19k
March 15th 09 is lease end.
Lease transfer fee total is $399 plus tax from Gyro Mazda
