I think Saturn was one of the first ones. Then it was put into many Picksup, now even the honda element comes with it.. but i will say that it looks the best on the RX-8! soon i feel there will be very few 2 doors most, cars will come with "suicide" door, but how many will have "freestyle" doors ;-).
