Just checking to see if any fellow rotary enthusiasts will be at the Wings Over Houston Airshow this weekend. It starts today and goes 8:00-6:00 and Sunday 8:00-5:00. Planes start flying at around 9:00am. All the modern planes will be flying in the morning with the WWIIplanes flying mid day. Anyways I'll be down there all weekend so if anyone else is going and would like to meet just give my cell a call at 281-386-6865. Hope to see you all there!

A Grumman F4f Wildcat crashed off the south end of the field after the show near Clear Lake City Blvd at Old Galveston Road (Hwy 3) killing the pilot. The rest of Saturday was awesome.

I went two years ago when I lived in Houston...great show. You mean the pilot was killed in a crash and the show kept going?

He crashed after the show ended Saturday. He was doing a photo shoot and nosed it into the ground.
