Exactly how scratched up was this bumper when you shipped it??

I just received it and am pissed. You said you were going to box it up and ship it to me - how come it came in no box? You had one layer of crappy bubble wrap around the bumper.

The bumper is now very scratched up and has a a very nice size chip on the lower air dam.

Also, yous said it was cracked by the headlight and provided a picture of it. But what about the crack around the passenger side oil cooler duct? That crack is 10x worse than the one by the headlight.

I dont understand why you would post pictures of 1 damaged area and hide the rest? Were you just trying to *act* honest?

Hopefully you're at least smart enough to insure a package like this, especially considering you didn't even box it.

Obviously, I'm pretty pissed. I expect to hear from you today regarding what you will be doing to make this right.
