LIGHTINING YELLOW , i was told by a car journalist that yellow is t he up and coming throphy colour in 2004-and beyond. Surely if you can afford the car wear the running costs and enjoy your ride . Sorta like complaining about the gas mileage on the Space shuttle! SOME folks need a reality check. Vehicles are Purpose designed. If their purpose is Performance---efficency is NOT an issue, If efficency is the purpose---Performance is NOT an issue. Get real, Vettes dont get 40 mpg and Escorts don't turn 5 second 0 to 60. As for my 8, its a nice bonus that it gets 20mpg. But hey, that is the last thing on my mind when i am dumping the clutch at 7K rpm or drifting through a turn with my hair on fire.
