I pulled into a gas station the other night and there's a couple of cars(neon, honda) full body kit, wing, the works. I get out to start refuling and they come over and check out the car. They were cool and acctully made me laugh as they walked away one of them said, "yo that's a rotory,dog. That'll smoke anything on the street." with that they left. I finished fuling and got in the car and started her up. Just then I looked up from my gauges and saw something I've never seen before. I didn't recognize it at first. I had to get out and talk to this guy. Turns out it was a Bentley Contnental GT. Not released in the states yet. Out here in Phx for some fuel testing and what not. That's about all I got out of the guy. Oh yeah, and that it's got a W-12 DOHC twin turbo producing 540 H/P and a HUGE 479ft/tq @ 1600 rpm. I was stunned. "A Mercedes fighter", he to me that it would "kick the sh#t out of a Mercedes." It was the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. And I just a moment before I had the coolest car on the street that night.

Basicaly same engine as in the VW phaeton , but boosted.

Odly enough the phaeton isnt far from the GT's performance, and actualy has a higher top speed ( more airodynamic I guess).

The Bently GT isnt out in europe yet either I think, of if it is , I havnt seen one :D

-:- the Phaeton is going to be £58k, a great car, but still a 'VW'. (car for the people, lol).

About 1/5th of its costs will be directly due to advertising it, as they dont htink they'll sell many but will advertise it a lot.

Have seen the VW on the streets, well, just its rear, actualy nice from that direction, bit like a big saloon ferrari.
