WTB Winter tire/wheel setup in NE region.

Looking for a good deal on a winter setup somewhere close to PA. Trying not to get raped too bad on the shipping.

I live in central PA, so any of the following:OH, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, etc.
