I know I know, I shouldn't be using IE, but recently, I can't get any of the attached pictures on the forum to show up using IE. Anyone have any ideas?

Regardless of what you hear on this board, IE is the best browser out there. There is a problem with the new server.

I'm having the same problem; also using IE. With the older server, the pix would load but slowly. With the new server, if they load it's quick but many times it hangs up and they don't load at all.

Not even close.

With todays internet i.e. just doesnt cut it.

To many popups and flash crap all over my screen. With opera I control my browser, not the website, or its sponsors/advertisers.

Oh, then theres mouse gestures, I just cant go back...

Paste-n-go, google search on hotbar, middle button customization, real security and privacy, oh and the ability to disable flash!

Yes, AND once the pic hang up, I need to close and restart IE because every other website I go to wont show Jpegs after I'm on this site:mad:

Yup - it does seem to be a problem with RX-8Club's new server. I've also noticed this same behavior - after browsing here a bit pictures will stop loading, and if I go to another website pictures there are also crippled. Closing the browser and restarting a browser session fixes the problem (until you browse here again).

Gordon

me too, no pics at all, not even the top logo. Then close it and open, somethines pics, sometimes not. Also I'm finding ghost iexploer.exe instances (in W2k Pro) running and consuming most all cpu time, lots of memory, even after all browser windows are shut down.

Pls fix soon!

Wow.. me too. . thought it was just me. It sort of kills all images once it happens. If I go to another site, no pics. As if the image renderer in IE goes kookoo.. hmm.
