hey ben, you scared me, how did you blow your engine? becuase i am planning to upgrade to turbo? did you overboost it?

lmao if i knew what happend id tell you lol.. i was decelerating from abotu 1/2 throttle.. 9psi setting? idk cars at kdr... both rotors are shot no compression if i remember right plugs black? idk its beat lol..

benny why buy another engine?....just rebuild with stronger seals.....

We try our best. I was just talking to a group at Sevenstock and had just mentioned that we were out of motors and that Rick was extremely busy. Anyhow, Will is the MAN now and he'll be handling most of our RX8 stuff. Thanks for the recommendations folks and Benny, thanks for considering us.

I have a used engine that appears to be a mazda reman. It's been compression tested (cold) with excellent results so it cannot have many miles on it. I've stored it with internal lubrication and rotated it every couple of weeks, proper storage method for a good rotary. IT's a longblock 6 port from an 05 as I recall with all parts except exhaust manifold.

I could also do a budget rebuild for you in the $1500-2500 price range depending on what parts require replacement in your core, this would entail you shipping you core to me for teardown and evaluation and then we would go from there. I offer 12 month unlimited mile warranties on my rebuilds, more if I do the remove and installation into the car (which of course is more expensive, but still less than a dealer and most shops).
