It turns out this a set, front (TSB097F) & rear (TSB097R) Tanabe Sustec Stabilizer bars. Both are sealed with all instructions and hardware included. I paid $350 from SportCompactOnly.com. MSRP $195/each
Will sell for $300 plus shipping. Continental US only. I need to move these.
Completed some local transactions this weekend if you need references.
Free pickup in Houston.
Bought these parts and never installed because the vehicle was totaled.

 

Careful with the rear swaybar...it might not fit...mine didn't and had to go though hell getting my money back from Tanabe.

I don't know if Tanabe put the wrong bushings in yours or what, but it doesn't seem to be a common problem. I even googled "problems tanabe bushings rx8" and didn't come up with anything. I bought these because of their good reviews, but like I said I never got to install them.
