Thanks for Tom in Tokyo and Eighten in Japan who give me the link to the above.

The 2nd (additional) oil cooler are subject for a recall due to some part (free disc?) leaking oil.

You can contact the parts that you purchase it from and the shop can contact RE Amemiya for exchange of parts. (that means no labour costs for change of parts?).

My Japanese is getting worse....

But some Japanese went to their workshop and get it done... they have free RE Amemiya engine oil!
