How big is the Transformer one? It does actually transform right?

It transforms properly though most people who own them (like myself) will attest to the fact that limbs like the arms or doors at times do fall off if its the diecast metal one (not sure if this one is or isnt btw). I've heard of no problems really from the plastic versions.
