I got this light once while driving my car with no bumper:

What is it?

 

I think that is your coolant light, but I could be mistaken. Look in your drivers manual, it knows EVERYTHING.

 

thats the lincoln memorial- look at the back of a penny. its telling you your coolant is a little low. go put coolant in. and dont come back here saying "i checked the coolant and the level is fine" because it isnt. add a half a quart or so and the light will go off

 

The coolant light. Zoom is right, looks like a building/memorial of sorts.
Did it go away after you put the bumper back on? Or is it still on.

 

Well i pulled over to the side of the road and it went away in 5 seconds. Then it never came back. I also see it a lot when just starting up my car.

Check your levels, add (which I am suspecting you have to, it must be quite low..) and put your bumper back on!

 

the only time I'd consider driving bumperless is for an autoX or drift event or somesuch... but anyways...yeah!
