Anyone know how to move cell phone pix from your phone to a PC by not sending them via email?
Thanks,
Gil

depends on what kind of phone you have. Some phones now come with activesync or their own proprietary program. If your phone has bluetooth with a file transfer profile you can do it using that as well, as long as your computer is bluetooth enabled.

yep,,

if you have the motorola.. i can get you the software.. but it takes some digging to find the photo if it is in the phone, not in the external mem..

a roundabout way to do it is if you have a PDA that has bluetooth you can send it to your PDA and then transfer that to your PC.

I just send them to my email address, same as a text, then save them to my picture file on the computer.

if you have photobucket, you can upload it to photobucket via a pix msg.

If you have an LG phone, try a datacable and BitPim (http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/)

I just put my email address instead of a phone number.

I have sprint/sanyo phone. I've used BitPim with success to get the picture/videos/phone numbers to the computer (and vice versa). Yes, you will need the data cable. Mine came with one. I've finally found a use for it.
