Then I had to figure out why it was happening. I took a guess that the condensation drain line was plugged. Then I had to find out how to access the line. Once I had it open, I got out my plumber's auger (from Lowe's) and snaked it through the line. In two attempts, it was clear. Then I went to Lowe's and bought a mop. While I was at it, I inspected the furnace filter. Filthy. And no one carried replacements - including Lowe's. Called several local suppliers: Nothing. I searched the web: Nothing. Finally called Honeywell. Or, in reality, someone in India. Ordered a replacement filter -- for nearly $80!
